    On 1 March 2017, the Tanzania government officially issued a ban on the import, manufacturing, sale and consumption of the (in) famous alcohol sachets. Known as viroba, alcohol sachets are small amounts (50ml or 100ml) of hard liquor packaged in plastic and sold for around $0.25.
